Jefes Ramen comes from Stockport — and from founder Jerelle (Jefe) Okoro, who has experienced homelessness. That isn’t a slogan. It’s why the model is simple and direct.
When you buy a bowl, your purchase funds a matching meal for someone sleeping rough or facing hunger. Local support partners help us provide it, and it is not necessarily prepared or given on the same night.
Alongside the ramen, community work has also included Jefes Barbers.
